The Organizational Behavior & Human Resource Management Lab explores the future of organizations and work by integrating Organizational Behavior (OB), Human Resource Management (HRM), and Digital Transformation. Our research focuses on data-driven organizational and HR decision-making using Big Data Analytics, Text Mining, Generative AI, and HR Analytics. Key research areas include employee motivation, leadership, organizational culture, diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI), work–life balance, and digital work environments. We also conduct applied research on AI-based talent acquisition, performance management, turnover prediction, learning analytics, and organizational network analysis (ONA). The lab provides training in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, along with practical data analysis skills using SPSS and Python. Through industry-academic collaboration projects and real organizational datasets, we aim to develop strategic HR professionals and future scholars capable of applying advanced analytics and AI to organizational challenges.
